Spoil your loved one and let them feel like a Japanese princess with our 2hr 45min Japanese Princess Pamper package!

 

Your journey will start with a 60 minute body treatment (full body exfoliation and body wrap) chosen from a luxurious Sakura Blossom, Lemongrass, or organic Honey and Cocoa treatments, with your therapist helping you chose which one is best for your skin condition. Whilst you are cocooned in our body wrap enjoy a harmonising head scalp massage. Then, after a deluxe rainwater shower take some time to relax with complimentary Japanese sweets and tea in our relaxation room. Next you will enjoy an exquisitely relaxing 45 minute full body relaxation or aromatherapy massage, finally finishing with a rejuvenating 45 minute Babor Facial treatment, all customised for your skin condition.

Please arrive 10-15 mintes prior to your package booking to get started on time (package bookings are final on the same day as the booking and we cannot reschedule your booking at short notice).


Please note:

  • Japanese princess package is not suitable for Pregnancy. Alternatively, Head to toe package with Pregnancy massage upgrade can be booked if you are over 13 weeks of pregnancy.
  • All the bookings total over $150 value requires a deposit.
  •  It is best to arrive 10 minutes before your treatment starts to complete any formalities required.
  •  If you'd like to book you'd like to book on weekends for a couple/group/package, it is best to organise a month prior to your booking date as we won't have much flexibility on the closer dates.
  • We may send you online consultation form in advance. However, we won't be able to send it for your accompanied guest's consultation form unless you're supplying their email address beforehand. We can still ask your accompanied guest to fill the form when you arrive.
  • Our automatic confirmation or reminders does not clarify if you have a guest with you. If your guest to receive confirmation or reminders please let us know their name and contact number.
  • Now you can add Infrared sauna session before your package! Please request in advance. (*Infrared Sauna is not suitable for pregnancy.)

  • We supply robes, slippers and everything you need to be comfortable during your stay.

Please Note:
  • Customers may cancel or reschudule a booking with 24 hours (or 3 days notice for larger bookings of 3 people and over) with no penalty. Please note we need this amount of time to try and re-fill your spot which has been allocated to you or your group. Any short notice cancellations will lead to a loss of deposit and in the final day of your booking 100% of the booking will be charged to your credit card or gift voucher if you cancel last minute or do not show for your appointment. We try and be as flexible as possible but need this policy to help keep our prices competive and be fair to staff who are allocated to your booking. Please note that if you are late for your booking time, we may need to cut your treatment duration with full payment.
