Inclusions: 45 min Onsen Jacuzzi Session, 15 min Tea and Sweets Break, 30 min Foot treatment, 60 min Shiatsu or Facial treatment, 30 min Head Shiatsu massage.

Our first exclusive couples Jacuzzi SPA package is a Japanese bathing and massage ritual designed to be enjoyed together. The revitalisation and relaxation of Japanese bathing will begin this package where you will share a Jacuzzi together filled with Japanese Onsen bath salts aimed to dissolve muscle tension and clear the mind.

After Japanese traditional tea and sweets break, you will then unwind further with a 30 minute Foot soak, scrub treatment and massage enjoying the scents and softening properties of our organic desert lime foot scrub and peppermint balm.

A 60 minute Shiatsu massage or Facial treatment can then be chosen for your main treatment. Finally both of you will be floating away during a 30 minute Head Shiatsu massage to complete this wonderful time out together.

You will enjoy exclusive access to our luxury SPA room for total peace and harmony during your bath time. Our SPA couples packages are designed for 2 people and prices for our SPA packages are per couple.

Please arrive 10-15 before your package booking to get started on time (package bookings are final on the same day as the booking and we cannot reschedule your booking at short notice)

If you'd like to book you'd like to book on weekends for a couple/group/package, it is best to organise a month prior to your booking date as we won't have flexibility on the closer dates.
We may send you online consultation form in advance. However, we won't be able to send it for your accompanied guest's consultation form unless you're supplying their email address beforehand. We can still ask your accompanied guest to fill the form when you arrive.
Our automatic confirmation or reminders does not clarify if you have a guest with you. If your guest to receive confirmation or reminders please let us know their name and contact number.

You will enjoy exclusive use of our spa room during your bath time
Enjoy our complimentary Japanese tea and sweets as you relax and unwind
All slippers, robes, loose clothing and accessories are supplied. Many people take home a new pair of comfy Thai pants or Japanese tea from our retail range after their treatments.
Our Zen Memberships are great for ongoing savings for clients who need regular treatments. Please check here or ask at reception for more detail.

Extras and Upgrades:
For weekdays bookings, upgrade option which is Extra 40mins Break with Light meal Sushi ($30/Person for Sushi Platters) or Champagne ($25/Person for Sakura Lounge Sparkling wine, $10/Person for BYO Champagne.) are available. *Please note our Sushi Platters contain cooked meat, uncooked fish, and soy. Please advise of any specific dietry requirements when booking. *Price includes extra Spa time together and food.

For no show appointments your appointment cannot be filled and full payment will be deducted from your credit card
Customers may cancel or reschudule a booking with 24 hours (or 3 days notice for larger bookings of 3 people and over) with no penalty. Please note we require this amount of time to try and re-fill your spot which has been allocated to you or your group. Any short notice cancellations will lead to a loss of deposit and in the final day of your booking 100% of the booking will be charged to your credit card or gift voucher if you cancel last minute or do not show for your appointment. We try and be as flexible as possible. However, we require this policy to help keep our prices competive and be fair to staff who are allocated to your booking. Please note that if you are late for your booking time, we may need to cut your treatment duration with full payment.
