A great way to unwind together is to enjoy a 2hour ritual of Japanese style bathing and shiatsu.

Firstly you will enjoy a relaxing soak in our 2 person Jacuzzi bath filled with Japanese Onsen mineral salts designed to soothe and calm you whilst relaxing your tired muscles. After a short Japanese tea and sweets break you will be ready to share a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating Japanese Shiatsu massage treatment.

Performed with exlusive use of our luxury spa room for your jacuzzi time, your package includes:

60 min private Onsen Jacuzzi bath (inc 15 tea and sweets)
60 minute Japanese Shiatsu (other massages may be booked by request)

You will enjoy exclusive access to our luxury SPA room for total peace and harmony during your bath time. Our SPA couples packages are designed for 2 people and prices for our SPA packages are per couple.

Please arrive 10-15 before your package booking to get started on time (package bookings are final on the same day as the booking and we cannot reschedule your booking at short notice)

All the bookings total over $150 value requires a deposit. or a gifft voucher
If you'd like to book you'd like to book on weekends for a couple/group/package, it is best to organise a month prior to your booking date as we won't have flexibility on the closer dates.
We may send you online consultation form in advance. However, we won't be able to send it for your accompanied guest's consultation form unless you're supplying their email address beforehand. We can still ask your accompanied guest to fill the form when you arrive.
Our automatic confirmation or reminders does not clarify if you have a guest with you. If your guest to receive confirmation or reminders please let us know their name and contact number.

Your balance amount will be deducted from the nominated card on your booking date.

All slippers, robes, loose clothing and accessories are supplied. Many people take home a new pair of comfy Thai pants or Japanese tea from our retail range after their treatments.
Our Zen Memberships are great for ongoing savings for clients who need regular treatments. Please check here or ask at reception for more detail.

Extras and Upgrades:
For weekdays bookings, upgrade option which is Extra 40mins Break with Light meal Sushi ($30/Person for Sushi Platters) or Champagne ($25/Person for Sakura Lounge Sparkling wine, $10/Person for BYO Champagne.) are available. *Please note our Sushi Platters contain cooked meat, uncooked fish, and soy. Please advise of any specific dietry requirements when booking. *Price includes extra Spa time together and food.

Customers may cancel or reschudule a booking with 24 hours (or 3 days notice for larger bookings of 3 people and over) with no penalty. Please note we require this amount of time to try and re-fill your spot which has been allocated to you or your group. Any short notice cancellations will lead to a loss of deposit and in the final day of your booking 100% of the booking will be charged to your credit card or gift voucher if you cancel last minute or do not show for your appointment. We try and be as flexible as possible. However, we require this policy to help keep our prices competive and be fair to staff who are allocated to your booking. Please note that if you are late for your booking time, we may need to cut your treatment duration with full payment.
