Please contact us via telephone or email for a general enquiry or to make a booking. For your convenience we now have a Booking Request form below which our receptions staff will promptly respond to.
Furthermore we have recently included a Booking Confirmation section at the bottom of this page so deposits for package bookings can conveniently be paid directly via our website. When paying using this method you will receive an email receipt from our banking system for your records.

We are located in the heart of the CBD in one of Melbourne's quiet iconic laneways at 8-10 Warburton Lane, Melbourne 3000.

Opening Hours:
Monday – Friday 10am – 6.30pm
(Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday till 8:30pm)
Saturday 10am – 6.30pm
Sunday 11am – 6:30pm
*Bookings outside these hours are sometimes possible with prior arrangement. These bookings will require a 10% deposit.

Booking Request
Booking Confirmation:
For package or group bookings we will ask for a 10% deposit to secure your booking.
Once your booking date and time is confirmed with our reception staff you can pay
your deposit via credit card over the phone, or directly
online here for your convenience (visa and mastercard accepted). If paying
via the website please put your booking date in the short description field.
